Baby Max Poem
Only Ten Months Old, I can hear you all say
But please don't you cry, keep happy thoughts all the way,
Just take my hand and we'll journey on through
The perfect life, that i share with each one of you.
You know God could have chosen any parents for me,
But he obviously picked the absolute best he could see,
He looked at my family and said “That's the one,
where Baby Max will be surrounded by great love and such fun!”
How lucky I am, I was blessed from the start
In my family's love, we are never apart,
My Darling Mamma and Dadda are always around
Showering hugs & big kisses, their great love knows no bounds.
And that isn't all, (as i smile with great glee)
I have my brother Ryan to share mischief with me,
Playing all day long in our house full of love,
No dark clouds do i see, only sunshine above.
My life is just like one beautiful dream,
Mamma, Dadda, Ryan and Baby Max are a team,
I know I am boasting but we're really the best,
We have the perfect home, we're all truly blessed.
Only Ten Months Old, I still hear you all say,
But how many young kids have travelled away?
I've been to Australia where my relatives live
And spent time with Aunty Fionnuala and my Dear Uncle Sivs.
Oh, such fun we had with my cousins all there,
All the families together, what good times we did share,
I had my first swim and boy was i good,
Mamma and Dadda holding me just as they always would.
But then sport in our house is par for the course,
I can hold the golf club and swing a raquet with force,
Flying around on my walker, life is one big ride,
I see Mamma and Dadda watching me with great pride.
My big brother Ryan taught me so much you see,
As did my Grandparents, always there for me,
But Ryan is my closest friend, he's engraved in my heart,
Baby Max and Ryan Donnelly together right from the start.
Only Ten Months Old......................No longer will you say!
'Cause you've held my hand as we've journeyed today,
You can see I've been blessed; I've lived a life of great style,
Just picture my face and you'll see my big smile.
So Mamma, Dadda and Ryan just keep smiling for me
'Cause you've given me the best life that there could ever be,
I am here, all round you, by your side and above,
